World-wide shipping (€ 12.99) will be added to the basket automatically at the end of the check out.
When you will make a purchase, a confimrmation e-mail will land into your inbox.
Within 3-5 business days, the order will be packed and shipped and another e-mail will be sent with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with An Post (irish post office, tracked service).
As a gratitude for making a purchase over €100, Pool of Wool offers free shipping. Please
e-mail before making the purchase.
Free returns if the product is faulty, please get in touch if you are having any issues.
